"We recommend to you, with complete confidence, the services of Dave Herrington. We first tried to sell our home "By Owner" but with no success - lots of traffic and interest, but no offers. After 2 months, we listed with a limited services Brokerage. It was a terrible experience for us, and we couldn't get out of the 6 month contract. Once the listing expired, we immediately started getting phone calls from agents wanting our business. Carol handled these calls.
